Who we are
Red Bridge Freight is a new UK freight forwarding business, trading under REDBRIDGE SERVICES LTD (company number 17096592). We set out to offer importers and exporters a straightforward way to move goods: one contact, clear quotes and honest answers.
How we work
We are a forwarding agent. We do not own trucks, aircraft, ships or warehouses, and we do not lodge customs declarations ourselves. Instead, we work with a network of independent partners:
- Carriers and freight agents who book air and sea space and issue air waybills and bills of lading
- Hauliers who collect and deliver by road in the UK and Europe
- Customs brokers who prepare and submit declarations on CDS
Our role is to understand what you need, choose suitable partners, quote clearly, and coordinate the shipment from start to finish.
What you can expect
- Clear quotes that say what is and is not included
- Straight answers about who is handling each part of your shipment
- Updates when things change, not just when they go well
- Correct, truthful paperwork, every time
